As a leading hand in height safety, you will oversee teams of installers performing repairs, installations and rectification works across Sydney.

This company is the leader in their field of height safety, access and fall-protection solutions, designing, manufacturing and installing safety access systems on industrial and commercial buildings.

You will work closely with experienced professionals who share a passion for delivering high-quality results. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating job schedules with the Installation Supervisor or Project Manager
  • Liaising with clients to book jobs across Sydney
  • Managing teams of installers
  • Ascending ladders, accessing rooftops, and performing heavy lifting duties
  • Utilizing hand and power tools

To excel in this position, you will require:

  • Relevant experience in roofing, metal fabrication, carpentry or height safety
  • A valid Construction Induction White/Red Card
  • The ability to work at heights
  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience leading a team
  • Excellent customer focus and communication skills
