RISsafety is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our next growth phase.
About Your New Company
RISsafety is an Australian-owned company operating nationwide.
We specialize in height safety, building & roof access, and fall-protection solutions.
We design, manufacture, and install safety access systems, primarily working with Facility Managers, government entities, Defence, and Construction companies.
Your New Role
This role involves designing and selling height safety and access solutions by collaborating with existing and new clients to identify site risks.
You will work with our estimating team to develop solutions that mitigate these risks, presenting and selling these solutions to clients.
Previous experience in the height safety industry is required.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop client solutions to enhance site safety and height work protection
Conduct site visits to assess client needs and collaborate with the design team to create system proposals
Utilize cloud-based CRM systems to understand client requirements and deliver optimal solutions
Prepare and present solution proposals to clients
Identify and close new sales opportunities, maximizing existing customer relationships
Contribute to achieving the sales targets within the team
What You Need to Succeed
Flexibility and commitment to meeting targets and exceeding client expectations
Previous experience in the height safety or rope access industry
Ability to read, interpret, and perform take-offs from architectural plans, aerial imagery, and drawings
Proficiency in MS Office at an intermediate level
