About the Role

Our expertly crafted, high-quality sofas are designed to last, with a diverse range of designs, luxurious leathers, and stylish fabric covers all backed by our premium warranty.

We're seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our team at our Gepps Cross location.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations, including rostering, store performance, onboarding new team members, training, and other duties as required.
  • Maximise sales opportunities through exceptional customer service and effective selling strategies.
  • Provide comprehensive product knowledge and offer tailored solutions to meet customers' home furnishing needs.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships to drive more sales.

About You:

  • You have experience working towards key performance indicators and targets, with a proven track record of leading teams to achieve them.
  • You're people-focused, with a strong desire to lead, coach, and mentor sales professionals to excel in their roles.
  • Previous experience in leading a successful sales team, preferably within a similar environment.
  • Experience within the furniture industry or selling high-value items is highly regarded.
  • You possess outstanding customer service and leadership skills.
  • A flexible and collaborative approach to work is essential for success in this role.
