About the Role

As a Retail Experience Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape memorable customer experiences and build lasting connections with your community. You will be responsible for leading a team in offering diverse local and imported brands.

We are looking for someone who has experience in fast-paced retail environments and wants to learn about our products and grow with us. You should be social, enjoy chatting with people, and be all about delivering an awesome customer experience.

You will also be responsible for building genuine connections with customers to ensure every customer leaves with a smile. With your background in retail, you will be able to manage inventory, administer tasks such as payroll, rostering, and ensure everything remains well-organised and visually appealing in the store.

  • Is great at administrative tasks
  • Has an RSA certification (or is willing to obtain one)
