Job Title: Sales & Service Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to create a unique shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

About the Role:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales through product knowledge and support of in-store services.
  • Maintain operational standards including opening and closing duties, register functions, and compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards and maintain a clean, well-presented store.
  • Assist with inventory management including receiving, replenishment, stockroom organization, and safety practices.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years customer service experience (retail preferred)
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to meet performance targets
  • A proactive, solution-focused attitude with multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to be mobile in-store and back-of-house areas
  • Ability to climb ladders and use equipment safely
  • Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items up to 30kg
