We seek an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day company activities. This critical position bridges strategic execution and operational discipline across departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Leadership: Own human resources functions including recruitment, performance management, terminations, and disciplinary processes. Implement KPIs for senior and technical staff.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage company financials, including budgets and cash flow, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Staff Management: Ensure staff maintain professional standards and lead a culture of discipline and continuous improvement.
  • Defence Client Liaison: Serve as the key operational point of contact for defence clients. Coordinate communications and project alignment with client expectations.
  • Engineering & R&D Oversight: Maintain a high-level view of engineering and product development activity. Work closely with technical leads to ensure progress and team cohesion.
  • Field Operations Management: Direct the operations and logistics of deployed test activities.
  • Strategic Execution: Implement CEO and board-level strategies across the business. Track initiatives and ensure alignment with timelines and resources.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • A strong background in defence or military environments with a solid grasp of client expectations.
  • Understanding of engineering processes, ideally in robotics or autonomous systems.
  • Proven leadership experience in business management or general operations.
  • Holds NV1 security clearance.
