Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Process Worker to join our team. As a Process Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our Further Processing site.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and inspecting raw materials safely and systematically
  • Performing manual handling tasks such as lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, and reaching
  • Cleaning duties and maintaining a clean workspace
  • Storing and maintaining materials, equipment, and tools
  • Working in a cold environment
  • Identifying and escalating Food Safety & Quality issues, hazards, and risks

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • The ability to work under minimum supervision in a small team
  • Capacity to perform tasks efficiently, correctly, and systematically
  • A good command of English both verbal and written
  • The ability to respond calmly and methodically when faced with obstacles
  • A good level of fitness required
