This is a challenging opportunity to work as a risk analyst. The role involves analyzing customer credit applications, assessing their risk levels, and contributing to the approval process.

You will be responsible for financial analysis and modeling for new and existing clients across various sectors. You will also need to liaise with different departments, collect customer information, and assess its completeness and topicality.

As a risk analyst, you will analyze various types of risks, review and re-rate customers, write credit application reports, and make recommendations to higher authorities. You will also advise on credit/risk profiles, corporate/external policies, regulations, and sales mandates in cooperation with other departments.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of local credit and risk management policies, regulations, and guidelines. You will also provide information, support, training, and align front- and back-office parties on credit and risk management policies, processes, and issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial analysis and modeling for new and existing clients
  • Liaising with different departments
  • Collecting customer information and assessing its completeness and topicality
  • Analyzing various types of risks
  • Reviewing and re-rating customers
  • Writing credit application reports and making recommendations
  • Advising on credit/risk profiles, corporate/external policies, regulations, and sales mandates
Requirements
  • Degree in accounting, finance, commerce or related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in asset/equipment finance
  • Advanced financial analysis skills
  • Understanding of vendor-based and dealer-based asset finance partnerships
  • Understanding of documentation, security, and legal processes
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work
