About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Technical Architect to join our team at Confluent. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical success of our enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion and advocate for the customer within Confluent, coordinating with various teams to drive customer success
  • Develop and present periodic customer reviews to Confluent senior management
  • Collaborate with Confluent Support Engineers and Core Engineering to address customer issues
  • Leverage knowledge of customer environments to assist Support Engineers and Professional Services teams
  • Influence the roadmap of Confluent products based on customer use cases
  • Provide detailed reviews of operational performance to customer leadership
  • Help educate customers on best practices for using Confluent platform
  • Recommend proactive measures to ensure customer success
Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Professional Services for a product/SaaS company with enterprise customers
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technology quickly
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex solutions
  • Experience with Java Virtual Machine (JVM) tuning and troubleshooting, Linux configuration and troubleshooting
  • Exceptional interpersonal communications capabilities and project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented start-up environment
