The job of Pool Duty Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the safe and enjoyable experience of pool users. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising a lifeguard team, liaising with hirers and the public, and maintaining water quality in line with NSW Department of Health and other industry standards.

Key responsibilities include contributing individually and as part of a team to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience of pool users, liaising with and supervising lifeguards, maintaining water quality, providing exceptional customer service, monitoring and maintaining filtration, recirculation, and chemical dosing equipment, and ensuring consistent high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, maintenance, and security within the pool surrounds.

The ideal candidate will have current Australian Pool Lifeguards Certificate, Pools Operations Certificate, current Australian First Aid Certificate, and NSW Working with Children Check. A minimum of 2 years' experience in the operations of swimming centres is also desirable, as is experience in the use of Links Modular Solutions software.
