Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of teachers and staff to deliver high-quality education.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching and learning programs that improve student outcomes.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with staff, parents, and the wider community.
  • Manage resources effectively to enhance teaching and learning.

  • High level of educational leadership skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage a complex public school focused on delivering high-quality education.
  • Expertise in leading data-driven research-based quality explicit teaching practices.
  • Demonstrated resilience as a visible approachable leader.
  • Capacity to lead staff in implementing Department policies.
