Senior Educator Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead early learning programs and make a lasting impact on the lives of children in our Western Division region.

Job Responsibilities

Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members. Lead a classroom effectively, engaging with educators, families, and children to implement the educational program.

  • Utilise and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to deliver high-quality education programs and practice in collaboration with the Education Leader;
  • Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures, and Requirements;
  • Positively contribute to delivering the Centre and business plans.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Senior Educator – Diploma of Early Childhood Education;
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;
  • Support for a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement;
  • The ability to seek and share best practice examples to improve the education program.
