Lead Whole-School Wellbeing Initiatives

The Head Welfare role involves leading comprehensive approaches to student wellbeing, encompassing engagement, attendance, trauma-informed practice, and positive behaviour support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Initiate and deliver wellbeing programs to improve outcomes for students, leveraging a large wellbeing team.
  2. Develop authentic connections with parents, community, and external agencies to foster a positive learning community.
  3. Plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate whole-school wellbeing initiatives, analysing data to inform strategic excellence plans.
  4. Design and implement programs promoting high educational attainment, engagement, attendance, and wellbeing for diverse students.
