Supply Officer Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and well-organised Supply Officer to join our team at Norwest Private Hospital. As a key member of our Supply & Procurement Department, you will be responsible for assisting the Stores Department with the distribution of stock, ordering, and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the receipt, storage, and distribution of stock
  • Process orders and invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborate with the Stores Department to ensure efficient inventory management
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to Work Health & Safety practices

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in supply, stores, or a similar warehousing background
  • Knowledge of purchasing and stores functions
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment with limited supervision
  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Commitment to Work Health & Safety practices

Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous experience with the Technology One Inventory system
  • Previous experience with sterile inventory
  • Previous experience in the Healthcare industry or similar
