Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the receipt, storage, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment
  • Process and manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions
  • Collaborate with the Stores Department to ensure efficient and effective supply chain operations
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain processes and procedures
Requirements
  • Previous experience in supply chain, inventory management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
  • Commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
