About This Role

The Solution Architect will play a pivotal role in our Customer Transformation Program.

They will develop and implement solutions aligned to the program roadmaps, ensuring a cost-effective target business state and optimised business value delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate application & information solution architecture activities and deliverables to meet customer demands.
  • Ensure solutions align with program blueprints and roadmaps/future states.
  • Manage architectural impacts of business change.
  • Recommends solutions that improve portfolio cost effectiveness and flexibility.
  • Provides thought leadership on solution architecture within the application & information domain.
  • Review, analyse, position and respond to technical papers as requested by senior architects.
  • Provide expert guidance to delivery teams.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll have prior experience with collaboration frameworks, creating prototypes, development control and leading technical teams.

  • Demonstrated experience delivering successful solution architectures in large-scale environments.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Technology or similar fields.
  • Proven experience designing enterprise solutions across Digital and Customer departments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and integrating APIs and microservices within enterprise-scale architectures.
  • Ability to translate complex information into digestible formats.
  • Excellent communication skills - an open and collaborative communicator.
  • Highly collaborative, consultative and able to work across cross-functional teams.
