The role of Roastery Assistant is a full-time, fixed-term position within our Sydney roastery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for packing orders, maintaining the roastery and making deliveries across Sydney.

About the Role

This role involves assisting in daily roastery operations, contributing to a high-quality production environment and supporting the maintenance of hygiene standards in the roastery and warehouse.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch
  • Gaining entry-level roasting fundamentals and packaging coffee beans
  • Driving and delivering beans to customers across Sydney
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the roastery and warehouse
  • Supporting the smooth operation of daily roastery activities
About You

We're seeking someone with strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for coffee. An ideal candidate will have experience in a similar environment such as a roastery, distribution or warehouse setting and hold a valid driver's license.
