**Quality Governance Lead Role**

We are seeking a senior professional to drive the development, review and implementation of governance frameworks, structures, policies and procedures for residential aged care and retirement living services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Elevate the standard of care through effective governance, quality improvement, risk management and OHS compliance oversight.
  • Develop and implement industry-standard governance framework, structures, policies, and procedures adhering to legislation, accreditation and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements:**

  • Hold registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or other Allied Health discipline.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in a Quality Manager role in aged care, community services or other health sector.
  • Exhibit excellent clinical knowledge and experience in creating and writing board reports.
  • Show analytical skills, a solution-oriented mindset and results-driven approach, with ability to innovate quality improvement initiatives.
