Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team at Colliers as a Retail Administration Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your customer service and administration skills in a varied and valued role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the Centre Management team in the day-to-day running of the centre.
  • Client liaison, including telephone enquiries from customers, tenants, owners & contractors.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns & support the marketing strategy.
  • Prepare monthly reports, letters, emails, and presentations.
  • Process invoices & work orders and maintain the contractor process.
  • Maintain accurate tenant & client databases.
  • Coordinate Centre Community bookings, liaise with stakeholders, and drive community engagement.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service & communication skills
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Proactive and positive attitude
  • Previous real estate or shopping centre exposure would be desirable but is not essential
