Telehealth Palliative Care Nursing Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Clinical Nurse to provide specialist care to patients of rural and remote Western Australia via high definition video consultation.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, with experience in palliative care nursing and telehealth services. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert after-hours palliative care support to generalist clinicians via video conferencing.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to build capacity of clinicians within the regions using advanced nursing skills and knowledge relevant to palliative care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care via telehealth technologies.

Requirements:
