Environmental Professional Job Opportunity

The primary purpose of this role is to support and deliver environmental site assessments and remediation services in the Contaminated Land and Groundwater sector. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct desktop reviews, data gathering, and technical background research.
  • Manage, analyze and present data from environmental investigations and remediation operations.
  • Assist with writing and compiling reports, including monitoring plans, environmental site assessments, and health and safety documentation.
  • Implement field-based environmental inspection and monitoring programs.
  • Perform soil, groundwater, and surface water sampling.
  • Supervise subcontractors onsite, including drillers and excavation teams.
  • Manage small project scopes, including scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Up to 3 years of relevant experience, including soil and groundwater sampling.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Hydrogeology, Soil Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience or developing understanding of environmental regulations (Australian preferred).
  • Strong Excel skills (Power BI experience desirable).
  • Current Australian working rights and a valid state driving license.
