About this role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Fulfilment Operations team as a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders, including picking, packing, and checking products, as well as handing out Click & Collect orders and resolving any order issues.

Key responsibilities:

  • Picking, packing, and checking products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
  • Handing out Click & Collect orders, organising delivery and solving any order issues customers may have such as Delivery fails.
  • Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
  • Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
  • Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse.
  • Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required.
