Job Overview:

As a Storeperson at Randstad, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient management of inventory, order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean and organized storage area.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and Inspection: Receive, unload, and inspect deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and label orders for shipment in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and store inventory in designated areas, maintaining accurate stock levels and assisting with stocktakes as required.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and clean working environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Additional Tasks: Assist with other tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the warehouse.

Desirable Skills and Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a storeperson or in a warehouse is a plus but not essential.
  • Lifting and Moving: Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 23 kg) safely and efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and inventory levels.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Reliability: Reliable and punctual attendance is essential for this role.
  • Communication: Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and management.
  • Warehouse Equipment: Experience operating warehouse equipment, particularly forklifts, is desirable but not essential.
