This role is a great opportunity to work in the fuel service and defence industry.

The Role

We are seeking experienced heavy vehicle operators to join our team at the Darwin RAAF base.

  • Key responsibilities will include operating fuel tanker trucks, working closely with operators to load fuel, delivering fuel to designated refuelling points or aircraft on the runway, and operating pumps on tanker trucks.

What You Need

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • A strong MC/HC Drivers Licence and Dangerous Goods Handling Licence.
  • Proven experience operating heavy vehicles.
  • Experience in the fuel service and/or defence industry will be highly regarded.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a diverse team.
  • Current holder, or ability to obtain relevant security clearances.
