Job Title: Park Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a Park Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating daily park operations, including after-hours response
  • Overseeing guest check-ins, bookings, and account management
  • Supporting and mentoring staff across reception, housekeeping, and maintenance
  • Maintaining high standards in safety, compliance, and park presentation
  • Contributing to marketing efforts and guest satisfaction initiatives

About You:

You will be an experienced operator with a practical mindset, leadership capability, and a strong focus on guest service and team development.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience – ideally in accommodation, tourism, or hospitality
  • Strong people and communication skills
  • Confidence with budget oversight and reporting
  • Experience with RMS or similar systems
  • A current driver's licence
