About the Role

This position involves a mix of indoor and outdoor functions - at times grounds-based with a maintenance focus and at others front office and customer-focused. You will be required to have a hands-on approach across all departments of the park.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring all staff provide excellent service and efficiently handle guest enquiries.
  • Manage the front office, including all aspects.
  • E nsure the efficient delivery of all services related to running the asset through effective park operations.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts by reviewing and administering third-party websites, local area marketing, and assisting with revenue and yielding.
  • Participate in an on-call roster as part of the job requirements.

This is a live-in role that includes accommodation.

Key Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with the ability to develop and lead a team, managing staff development and training. The key qualifications you will bring to the role:

  • Demonstrated skills and experience in hospitality management or other related industries.
  • Proven experience in managing, developing, and training staff.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in the MS Office suite.
  • A flexible attitude to work, and work hours (including weekends and after hours).
  • Knowledge and understanding of WHS and responsibilities.
  • Previous experience with RMS or similar reservations systems.
  • A passion for customer-facing communication, tourism, and ideally the outdoors.
