Join a dynamic team to apply for the role of Technical Leadership, overseeing the design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance of product and platforms. As a seasoned technical expert, you will own technology ownership, hiring, retention, growth and development of an engineering team that meets business needs and works well within overall system architecture.

You will mentor engineers, deep dive into complex technical problems and provide leadership on critical technology issues, guiding a team of skilled software engineers (20-40 engineers across 2-4 agile teams). This is a senior level position that requires strong technical background, preferably in Java based technologies.

  • Proven experience managing multiple software engineering teams
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team with success at delivering complex engineering initiatives
  • Strong technical leadership skills with expertise in building scalable, maintainable and performant web applications
  • Experience working in Agile environments with solid understanding of product company operations
  • Computer science education or equivalent experience
