Key Responsibilities

The Liaison Manager plays a pivotal role in fostering strong connections with potential residents, their families and key stakeholders to ensure seamless admissions.

  • Represent facilities by promoting our mission, values, and high standards of care.
  • Coordinate facility tours, ensuring a welcoming experience for all visitors.
  • Manage waiting lists, verify financial eligibility and optimize funding opportunities to support our customers.
  • Liaise with social workers, hospitals, and placement consultants to maintain robust referral networks.
  • Monitor facility income, report to management and track market trends in aged care fees to inform business decisions.
  • Support Office and Facility Managers with training and admission processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Promote health, safety, and quality standards in line with ACQSC and NDIS regulations to safeguard our residents' well-being.
Requirements

A skilled communicator with strong organisational skills and a passion for supporting older Australians through an important life transition is required.
