Job Title: Community Support Professional

Job Description:

As a dedicated community support professional, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized support and care to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live independently and fulfill their potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and hygiene
  • Support clients with medication management and administration
  • Accompany clients on outings and activities outside the home environment
  • Prepare meals and assist with mealtime
  • Provide assistance with bowel care

In addition to your direct care responsibilities, you will also contribute to a team-oriented environment that values collaboration, respect, and open communication. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least one year experience as a disability support worker
  • NDIS Clearance, First Aid certification, and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience working with manual handling or physical disabilities
  • Valid Australian Driver's License (minimum P2)
