Transformative Phone-Based Support Specialist

This dynamic phone-based role is focused on delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and health providers. You will use your empathy, efficiency, and proactive call management skills to ensure clients receive the best possible support and care.
You will be a key point of contact for clients involved in transport accidents, providing first call resolution where possible and connecting clients to the right area of TAC to support their goals in recovery.
- Provide high-quality customer service to clients
- Work within a structured schedule, meeting clear KPIs and targets
- Maintain high accuracy in administrative tasks and recording information for all call queries using client software
As part of this role, you will be supported by a manager who builds a positive and supportive work environment and empowers you to be your best. Our teams are high-skilled problem solvers who are passionate about supporting clients to get their life back on track.
We are seeking an individual with a strong ability to work within a team environment, communicate effectively, and provide excellent customer service.
