Customer Service Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for face-to-face retail customer service, assisting with incoming phone calls, and processing all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Key Responsibilities:
Delivering Exceptional Customer Experience: Provide face-to-face customer focused service, communicating effectively with customers to ensure they have the best experience.
Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the Customer Solutions team to achieve results and maintain high standard relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Administrative Tasks: Process all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner, and assist with incoming phone calls.
Skill Requirements: Possess superior customer service skills, knowledge of Office365, and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Requirements: A friendly and can-do attitude, ability to multitask and solve problems, and highly organised time management skills.
