Industrial Sales Manager

AustCorp Executive is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Business Development Manager to join its high-performing sales team. This pivotal role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers in all levels of government while actively developing new business opportunities.
The successful candidate will focus on driving regional growth, delivering tailored solutions, and exceeding sales targets. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue targets.
- Cultivating and managing relationships with key stakeholders, including end-users, consultants, and contractors.
- Identifying new business opportunities and driving market development initiatives.
- Promoting and educating customers on a diverse range of solutions.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with customer needs.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, forecasts, and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies regarding pricing, contract terms, and service agreements.
- Staying informed on industry trends and competitor activities to position offerings effectively.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably into all levels of government.
- A proven track record in solution-based selling and achieving sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative approach.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
- Background in industrial, electrical, or thermal solutions is advantageous.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
