The Role

  • Analysing staff and student data across various metrics through an intersectional 'gender +' lens to inform policy, programs, and accreditation submissions.
  • Providing evidence-based insights for senior leadership to guide decision-making and strategy.
  • Supporting major projects including data-driven initiatives and research partnerships.
  • Developing reports and visualisations that demonstrate progress towards our goals in equity and inclusion.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to co-design analytics that address key challenges and opportunities.
