We offer a competitive salary package that includes $83,000 - $98,000 per annum, depending on experience. **Job Description**

As a Committee Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting several office bearer committees to operate efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include providing high-level secretariat services, coordinating projects with volunteer task-based teams, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in building and sustaining positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Sound judgement, excellent organisational and time management skills, pro-active and strong attention to detail;
  • Strong co-ordination and problem-solving skills, able to work well in a small team to support a collaborative working environment;
  • The ability to manage multiple demands and prioritise work and short deadlines;
  • Experienced and comfortable working with stakeholders, internal and external, at all levels of business;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to support team and organisational objectives and outcomes;
  • A self-starter and committed team player, who has a great sense of initiative with the ability to prioritise work accordingly and manage stakeholder expectations as required;
  • Excellent attention to detail and possess exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
