Delivering Great Experiences as a Customer Service AssociateAbout the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide exceptional service to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of customer orders.

In this role, you will also assist with order picking and packing to the highest standard, ready for delivery. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will ensure that every order is accurately processed and delivered to our customers.

You will need to have a strong commitment to delivering great customer experiences, hold an Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and have a safe driving record. You will also need to consent to undergo both a police history check and driving history check.

  • Your excellent communication skills will enable you to build rapport with our customers, handle queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • You will be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve our services and processes, and will contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
About You and Your Skills
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • You hold a current Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and have a clean driving record, with a proven ability to safely navigate through busy streets, suburban roads and regional areas.
  • You are active and able to lift and carry groceries from the van to your delivery points, with occasional stairs.
  • You are available to work flexible hours across our store trading days, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
