Procurement Specialist Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of administrative functions for contracting and procurement.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Contracts & Procurement Manager and be a permanent full-time employee.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Raise purchase orders for projects and adhoc or recurring goods and services.
  • Process travel requests and enquiries in line with delegation policies.
  • Process conference and personal development requests in line with delegation policies.
  • Prepare contract documentation for approval, including project-related contracts, supplier agreements, and grants.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date contract records in Vendor Panel.
  • Collect, draft, and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and milestones.
  • Provide administration support as required to ensure seamless operation of Contracts and Procurement functions.
Requirements:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with advanced skills in Microsoft Office and data entry, who possesses a high attention to detail and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in contract administration, procurement, or travel coordination in a high-volume environment.

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Previous stakeholder engagement experience.
