Job Title: Senior Property Underwriter

We are seeking a seasoned property underwriter to join our team in a leadership role. This position involves executing the development and accomplishment of goals for profit, growth, service, and producer relations within the Major Accounts Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute underwriting processes and analysis to achieve financial plans.
  • Position and negotiate profitable transactions with major customers and brokers.
  • Select new risks and underwrite renewals for assigned books of business.
  • Consult with product managers on risks exceeding delegated authority.
Requirements:
  • 5 years' experience in a property or package underwriting and development role.
  • High degree of technical underwriting ability.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
