Job Title: Senior Product Marketing Manager

At Bravura Solutions, we're committed to delivering innovative technology solutions that drive financial security and prosperity for our clients' customers. We're seeking a seasoned Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead our APAC marketing function, working closely with the Head of Marketing to create and execute a compelling marketing strategy that drives business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product marketing campaigns that meet organisational objectives, leveraging the full marketing mix to drive product sales initiatives forward.
  • Manage marketing budget and resources to ensure effective campaign delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and global marketing, to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
  • Identify and manage thought leadership and profiling opportunities for key spokespeople.
  • Deploy effective business reporting systems to track campaign performance and inform future marketing strategies.
Key Skills:
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage people and influence internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing channels and strategies that maximise visibility and effectiveness of messaging.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership and global partners.
  • Proven analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to translate high-level information into tactical plans.
  • Project management capability, with the ability to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior marketing communications role, with a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications, or equivalent.
  • Experience working within enterprise technology/software B2B organisations, preferably in wealth management or financial services.
  • Demonstrated experience creating innovative marketing initiatives, communication plans, and content.
