Energy Performance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Energy Analyst to join our team. This role will involve managing and improving energy operations across all business units.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving outcomes in energy cost of doing business (CODB) and greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction.
- Conduct financial valuations for projects and track program costs.
- Manage financial settlements and communicate project scope and timelines to stakeholders.
- Provide information about energy data and support the maintenance of emission models.
- Prepare reports on energy performance and handle PPA settlement administration.
This position requires someone with strong analytical and communication skills, able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to analyze data and create reports.
The ideal candidate will have experience in business analytics, energy analytics, or operations, and a strong interest in environmental sustainability topics like climate change, energy, and emissions.
We value candidates who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
