As Veterinary Director, you will:

  • Guide a high-performing emergency team towards continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and support veterinarians and nurses in a positive, learning-driven culture.
  • Collaborate with the Practice Manager on operational decisions.
  • Work alongside the Area Manager and Regional Clinical Director to achieve and maintain a high clinical standard.
  • Contribute to our ongoing success and strategic direction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in emergency medicine (ECC experience essential).
  • ECC Memberships highly regarded but not essential.
  • A passion for leadership and mentorship.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and decision-making skills.
  • A compassionate, patient-first approach.
