Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a leading role in the development and maintenance of complex business systems, providing technical leadership and expertise to ensure the smooth operation of these systems.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in system administration, configuration, and monitoring, as well as strong analytical skills and the ability to lead advanced troubleshooting to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Information Technology or relevant experience;
  • Extensive experience and proven application in system administration, configuration, and monitoring;
  • Demonstrated technical expertise in the implementation, management, and configuration of corporate systems;
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to lead advanced troubleshooting;
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with demonstrated experience in communicating complex technology issues clearly and confidently at all levels within the organisation.
