We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing person-centred specialist nursing care at an advanced practice level.
The ideal candidate will have current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a Registered Nurse and relevant post-registration qualifications in Renal Nursing, with a minimum of three years' experience working in the clinical specialty.

Job Description:The Clinical Nurse Specialist will provide advanced practice nursing care to patients with complex needs. This includes developing and implementing individualized care plans, conducting comprehensive assessments, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals.
The successful applicant will also provide clinical leadership, support, and supervision for less experienced clinicians, promoting a culture of quality and excellence in patient care.

Selection Criteria:- Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse
