Factory Production Worker

We are seeking experienced factory production workers to join our industrial printing organization in Melbourne, Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Feeding paper into machines with precision and efficiency.
  • Working in a fast-paced production line environment where attention to detail is paramount.
  • Repetitive stacking of paper products weighing 8 kilograms or more.
  • Communicating job progress and issues to supervisors effectively.
  • Operating complex printing machinery with confidence.

To be considered for this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience on a production line or machine operating.
  • The ability to perform constant laboring duties, including standing and stacking for extended periods without fatigue.
  • The ability to operate machinery and recognize any potential issues.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
