About the Role

Capral is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Apprentice Maintenance Electrician to join our team. As an Apprentice Electrician, you will have the opportunity to develop electrical skills and learn how to maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment involved in the extrusion manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Under supervision, perform electrical maintenance and repairs on equipment
  • Develop and implement electrical safety procedures
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure efficient equipment operation
  • Participate in on-the-job training and development programs
Requirements
  • Eligible for the prescribed apprenticeship with a genuine commitment to completion
  • Must have sound academic achievement with a good attendance record
  • Advanced mathematics skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to all safety requirements
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
  • Have good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Be a reliable team player who is motivated and eager to learn
