About the Role

We are seeking experienced heavy duty mechanics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a trade certificate as a plant mechanic or equivalent and possess post-trade experience in maintenance, diagnosis, component changeouts, and servicing of heavy earth moving equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain large-scale mobile mining equipment including CAT Trucks, Dozers, and Graders, as well as other ancillary equipment.
  • Conduct major rebuilds of the mobile fleet, including CAT 793 & 789 Trucks, CAT D10 & D11 Dozers, CAT 24M Graders, Liebherr 9800, 9350, 996 Excavators, and CAT 6250, 6310 Autonomous Drills.
  • Perform routine servicing, repair, and maintenance of mobile mining equipment on multiple sites.
Requirements:
  • Valid Australian Drivers licence
  • Valid Australian Citizenship or visa
  • Trade Certificate as a Plant Mechanic or equivalent
  • Post-trade experience in maintenance, diagnosis, component changeouts, and servicing of heavy earth moving equipment
