Role Overview

This key role will play a pivotal part in driving strategic initiatives within Finance and Governance. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the CCE strategy to ensure timely and transparent communication, effective employee adoption, and outstanding customer and stakeholder experience.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of the approved CCE strategy for Finance and Governance.
  • Provide expert CCE support to Finance and Governance teams during transformation and project-based delivery.
  • Identify and address training needs while managing change issues and risks.
  • Develop compelling data-led and story-led content to engage stakeholders across various channels.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Change Practice to ensure consistency of change activities and meet quality standards.
  • Proactively identify and plan for anticipated resistance and other change and people risks.
  • Prepare inputs for status reporting, governance, and quality assurance activities.

Key Requirements:

  • CCE Strategy Implementation: The ability to implement and execute the CCE strategy to drive effective change and adoption.
  • Communication Expertise: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop and deliver compelling content that engages stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Experience in managing change and identifying potential risks and resistance.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives.
  • Strategic Thinking: A strategic thinker who can analyze business requirements and develop solutions to drive success.
