Electronics Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Field Service Engineer to join our team.
This role will be pivotal in the testing, installation, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of our full product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional professional service to customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and with expertise.
- Document all service activities in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop effective resolutions to critical troubleshooting problems and resolve complex issues creatively.
- Collaborate closely with sales, technical support, engineering, clinical, and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upgrades, new purchases, contracts, and additional customer training.
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification in laser technology.
- Engineering or trade qualifications in industrial electronics, laser technology, or a similar field.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in electronic system troubleshooting, with laser experience preferred.
- Expert customer service skills, a positive attitude, and ability to clearly communicate with others.
