Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive expansion and spearhead strategic initiatives across Australia and New Zealand. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for location technologies.

About the Role:

The Business Growth Strategist will be responsible for driving innovation in location-based solutions for critical industries, providing leadership by influencing high-level strategy, coaching and empowering teams, and bringing about growth by owning the GTM plan and achieving quotas for our growing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand our presence in Australia and New Zealand
  • Drive innovation in location-based solutions for critical industries such as transport, emergency services, and government
  • Provide leadership by influencing high-level strategy, coaching and empowering teams, and mentoring professionals to achieve their full potential
  • Grow a business by owning the GTM plan, achieving quotas, and supporting broader business objectives

Requirements:

  • 15+ years in B2B sales as a 'hunter', preferably in technology, SaaS, or geospatial/location services
  • Validated experience of outperforming sales targets and delivering exceptional results
  • Expertise in location technologies (e.g., GIS, telematics, mapping APIs) and their commercial applications is highly desirable
  • A strong network in ANZ's transport, government, or tech sectors, with experience navigating complex stakeholder landscapes
  • Ability to solve problems, scale solutions, and craft winning strategies in competitive markets
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
