Sydney Civil Engineering Lead

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Civil Engineer to lead our engineering division in Sydney. As part of our team, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and successfully delivering complex engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop innovative designs for various projects, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction.
- Resolve project issues and provide construction costings and practices guidance.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and designers within the civil discipline, providing technical guidance and support.
- Gain an understanding of business strategies and develop strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Chartered member (CPEng) of Institute of Engineers Australia or similar institution.
- 10+ years of experience in design with proven track records.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to critically assess and review designs.
- Proficiency in production of detailed engineering drawings and experience in liaising with project managers and architects.
- Excellent communication and business development skills.
