Wills and Estates Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Wills & Estates team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years PQE experience and be able to demonstrate expertise in estate planning, preparation of Wills including Powers of Attorney and Testamentary Trusts, estate litigation, letters of administration and distribution of estates.

  • Client representation and advocacy

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement estate plans for clients
  • Prepare and file court documents and applications
  • Represent clients in estate litigation and dispute resolution matters
  • Provide strategic advice on estate planning and management

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of estate planning and management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of organization and time management skills
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
